How can I book a room?

Reservations can be made independently through the official website (Castello di Rocca Cilento) or by contacting our Booking office at the email address reservation@castellodiroccacilento.it and at + 39 3335877468 | + 39 0974832392

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out is from 08:00 am and by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Does Rocca Cilento Castle have secure parking?

The Castle, unfortunately, does not have secure private parking. It will be possible to park one’s car along the surrounding walls of the same.

What services are included in the room reservation?

The rate includes overnight stay, breakfast and access to the pool.

Is access to the Oleoteca included in the room reservation?

Access to the Oleoteca is not included in the room reservation and should be considered extra.

Is access to the Cellar included in the room reservation?

Access to the Cellar is not included in the room reservation and should be considered extra.

Is access to the Rivellino Sunset Bar included in the room reservation?

Access to the Rivellino Sunset Bar is not included in the room reservation and should be considered extra.

Do you offer full board or half board?

Full or half board is not provided. We offer all our guests the opportunity to have lunch and/or dinner at the facility. Meal reservations are mandatory and should be considered extra.

How can I confirm the offer received?

It is possible to confirm the reservation by providing a credit card as a guarantee only. The balance, however, will be handled directly at the facility upon departure.

What are the terms of cancellation?

Cancellation of hotel reservation is possible without penalty up to 7 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, penalties will be applied.

Do you provide pool towel?

Yes, we provide towels for the use of the pool.

Are there facilities for children?

Unfortunately, Rocca Cilento Castle does not have equipped areas for children.
In addition, we have a small number of family rooms that can only be reserved by emailing a request to reservation@castellodirocaccilento.it
