Welcome to 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚.
The fine dining restaurant at Castello di Rocca Cilento, where history becomes an experience. Engraved on the steps of the entrance bridge, a royal decree dated November 20, 1487, still tells the story of its time. Signed by Ferdinand I of Aragon, it sanctioned the fortification of these territories following the Barons’ Conspiracy, entrusting the work to the Florentine architect Giuliano da Maiano.
Today, that same threshold opens onto a new narrative, under the guidance of Executive Chef Salvatore Notaro.
A place where centuries of history meet a contemporary gastronomic vision.
𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚 is not just a restaurant.
It is an experience shaped by time, place, and innovation.
